A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right, within 14 days after receipt of the goods to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons.

 

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply for Necks, as these are individually adapted to the customer's saxophone.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day, on which you or a person named by you took possession of the goods.

 

Declaration of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the following sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the Purchase price and the costs of standard delivery.

Repayment shall be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

 

Return of the goods

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day of revocation at the latest. You shall bear the costs of the return shipment.
