1. scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries from Schucht Sax Technology (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “Schucht Sax Technology”) to our customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer”, ‘you’ or “the customer”). These GTC apply to all contracts concluded via our website www.schuchtsaxtechnology.com or by telephone or electronic order (e-mail). Deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if we expressly acknowledge them in writing.

The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to orders within the EU.

3. offers and conclusion of contracts
Our offers on the website are non-binding. A contract is only concluded when we accept the customer's order by confirming the order by e-mail, by telephone or by dispatching the goods. We are not obliged to deliver until this point in time.

The customer has the option of placing an order via the website or by e-mail or telephone. After receipt of the order, we will confirm receipt to the customer by e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the contract, but merely serves to inform the customer that the order has been received. The binding confirmation of the contract takes place through the delivery of the goods or an express confirmation by e-mail.

4. prices 
All prices quoted on our website include the statutory value added tax (VAT) of Germany. 

5. delivery

The ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer after receipt of the order.

In Germany, delivery usually takes place within 2-5 working days and in other European countries usually within 4-10 working days.

6. right of withdrawal and return
The customer has the right to return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The period begins on the day after receipt of the last item in a shipment. The return costs shall be borne by the buyer. The goods must be insured (according to the value of the package contents) and returned in perfect condition. Damaged or improperly handled products are excluded from the right of return.

A special regulation applies to the “Necks” product: Necks are customized and therefore do not fall under the general right of withdrawal. However, a test period(Test modalities) of 7 days, starting from the day of receipt of the goods. During this period, the customer has the opportunity to test the product under the conditions applicable during the test period. 

7. exclusion of liability
Our liability for damage caused by improper use or improper handling of the products is excluded. This also includes scratches or other damage caused by improper handling of the products.

8. data protection
The personal data transmitted by you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy processed. This privacy policy is part of these GTC. Your data will be used exclusively for the processing of the contract and passed on to DHL insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. Furthermore, your data will be stored on a computer to which only the management has access and in Google Contacts to facilitate communication and service.

9. place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all disputes arising from the contractual relationship. If the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Schucht Sax Technology in Lauscha, Germany. For consumers, the statutory regulations on places of jurisdiction apply.

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. We reserve the right to amend or adapt these GTC at any time. The current version of the GTC is available on our website and applies to all orders from the time of publication.
