Important information:

Octave key:
The octave key must be adjusted to the octave key driver of your saxophone by bending it slightly.
Please follow the instructions included with the product.

Socket size:
The socket fits many commercially available saxophone brands.
If the socket is too small for your saxophone, the Neck comes with a plastic adhesive strip that you can use to prepare the socket for testing.

Adjust the Neck socket to your saxophone after testing:
(applies exclusively to countries in the European Union)

Option 1
After testing, once you have decided on a Neck, we will install a larger socket on it for you. In this case, we will cover the additional shipping costs.
This new socket will be slightly larger. The Neck will then not fit into your saxophone, as the socket has a slightly too large outer diameter.
Then take your saxophone and the new Neck to your specialist workshop and have the Neck fitted to your saxophone.
To do this, the socket of the Neck is sanded down slightly so that the Neck fits very well in your saxophone.

Option 2
Similar to the first option, except that you adjust the socket yourself to fit your saxophone.
Anyone can carefully perform this work themselves. For this case, we have prepared instructions for you using sandpaper. A second person is required for this work.

Option 3
You do not return the Neck you wish to keep to us.
You go to your specialist workshop and have the socket, which is slightly too small in diameter, adjusted to fit your saxophone.
In this case, the socket is expanded using a professional socket expansion tool until the Neck fits perfectly in your saxophone.
